يمكن طلب تعديلات خاصة، بشرط إبلاغنا بها قبل تأكيد الطلب وذكرها في الفاتورة.
كم رسوم التوصيل داخل قطر؟
رسوم التوصيل داخل قطر 50 ريال، ويوصل الطلب مندوبنا مباشرة لباب البيت.
هل تشحنون خارج قطر؟
نعم، نشحن لدول الخليج وخارجها، ورسوم الشحن الدولي 100 ريال.
كم مدة تجهيز العباية؟
مدة التجهيز تختلف حسب الموديل والتفاصيل المطلوبة. تواصلي معنا على واتساب لمعرفة الموعد المتوقع لطلبك.
ما طرق الدفع؟
الدفع عبر الموقع، أو برابط سداد آمن نرسله لك. للطلبات المفصّلة يمكن دفع عربون عند الطلب والباقي قبل التوصيل.
هل يمكن إرجاع أو تبديل العباية؟

Yes. Most Luchy Line designs are made to order, based on the size you select and the abaya length you enter when ordering.
Which sizes are available?
Sizes XS, S, M, L and XL are available, plus a field to enter your abaya length. See our size guide to choose your size. Size guide
Can I try abayas and get measured at home?
Yes, with The Luchy Experience in Doha: we visit you to try abayas and take your measurements. The 200 QAR fee is deducted from your purchase. Book now
Can I customise my abaya?
Special requests are possible, as long as you tell us before the order is confirmed and they are written on the invoice.
How much is delivery in Qatar?
Delivery within Qatar is 50 QAR, delivered to your door by our own driver.
Do you ship outside Qatar?
Yes, we ship across the GCC and beyond. International shipping is 100 QAR.
How long does an abaya take?
Preparation time depends on the design and any requested details. Message us on WhatsApp for your expected date.
How can I pay?
Pay through the website, or through a secure payment link we send you. For made-to-order pieces you can pay a deposit when ordering and the balance before delivery.
Can I return or exchange?
Made-to-order pieces are final and non-refundable. Ready-to-wear pieces can be exchanged within 24 hours of receipt, subject to availability, and alteration requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. See our Orders & Returns policy. Orders & Returns
